Love the creepiness of the beautiful and delicate hands in the place where one would expect feet, especially in conjunction with the lovely face (although anatomically it makes more sense...). Makes her very disturbing--and since harpies are supposed to be terribly scary critters, rightly so (at least to my warped mind).

This piece is incredible. A morose song bird. The dark feathers, contrasting the gentle pale hands. The serenity in her face proves perfectly unsettling, knowing the nature of a harpy. Well done all around!
